Toda a casa bem climatizada e arejada (bastantes janelas, AC e aquecimento central)
Limpeza cuidada, roupa de cama e de banho com qualidade...
Louça de cozinha e mesa com pouca escolha...
Área exterior agradável com bastante zona verde ao redor da casa...
Piscina pequena e pouco profunda, mas dá pra relaxar, brincar, mergulhar, saltar,...
Espreguiçadeira e cadeiras de exterior confortáveis.
