★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para empezar, la insonorización nula, había un ruido durante la noche, que no conseguimos identificar, que complicaba bastante el sueño (incluso con tapones en los oídos). Los colchones durísimos y de mala calidad, al sentarte se notaban los muelles y para mi que tengo problemas de espalda, han sido muy incómodos para poder dormir. La zona de la cocina y el comedor, el equipamiento era escasísimo y estaba en muy malas condiciones, la limpieza dejaba mucho que desear. Respecto a la limpieza de la habitación, el suelo hacia tiempo que no se limpiaba y la moqueta hacia meses que no se le hacía una limpieza a fondo. Estuvimos dos noches y la limpieza de la habitación se limitó a hacer las camas, cambiar las toallas y vaciar la basura. Por decir algo bueno, tienen aire acondicionado, el wifi funciona bien en todas las habitaciones (nos pusieron en la última del edificio) y la limpieza del baño (exceptuando el suelo) era correcta.
 To begin with, the soundproofing was void, there was a noise during the night, which we failed to identify, which complicated the sleep quite a bit (even with earplugs). The hard and poor quality mattresses, when you sit down you could see the springs and for me that I have back problems, they have been very uncomfortable to sleep. The kitchen and dining area, the equipment was very scarce and in very poor condition, the cleanliness left much to be desired. Regarding the cleanliness of the room, the floor had not been cleaned for a long time and the carpet had not been thoroughly cleaned for months. We stayed two nights and the cleaning of the room was limited to making the beds, changing the towels and emptying the trash. To say something good, they have air conditioning, the wifi works well in all rooms (they put us in the last of the building) and the cleanliness of the bathroom (except the floor) was correct.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No geral,não era mau. Staff simpático. Só não gostei mesmo nada do facto de não fazerem reciclagem do lixo de plástico. Andei a separar o lixo,e quando nos fomos embora,perguntei se reciclavam. Disseram que não. Perguntei se havia algum ecoponto perto para eu levar o lixo. Também disseram que não,mas depois descobrimos um a poucos metros. Que desilusão que numa altura em que se fala tanto em alterações climáticas ainda haja pessoas e empresas que não se preocupam minimamente com o ambiente.
Overall it wasn't bad. Friendly staff. I just really didn't like the fact that they don't recycle plastic waste. I've been sorting the garbage, and when we left, I asked if they recycled. They said no. I asked if there was any recycling bin nearby for me to take out the garbage. They also said no, but then we found one a few meters away. What a disappointment that at a time when there is so much talk about climate change there are still people and companies that do not care in the least for the environment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive hospedada no Amazônia de Palmela 6 dias, 5 pessoas, alugamos 2 estádios standart. Tinha tudo o que precisávamos para fazer as refeições. Os quartos muito espaçosos casa de banho e cozinha com água de bastante pressão. Varanda com vista para o castelo de palmela. O atendimento de todo o staff foi maravilhoso. O senhor João e a Dona Paula prepararam-me uma festa de aniversário perto da piscina com muita dedicação e carinho. A Gabriela é muito carinhosa e sempre preocupada para que nada nos falta-se. Ao contrário de algumas críticas que li antes da minha visita o Amazônia de Palmela ofereceu-nos uma estadia fantástica ao qual quero agradecer a todos por ter-mos sido tão bem recebidos. Adorei. O meu muito obrigada a todos o staff.
I stayed at Amazônia de Palmela for 6 days, 5 people, we rented 2 standart stadiums. It had everything we needed to make meals. Very spacious rooms, bathroom and kitchen with high pressure water. Balcony overlooking the castle of Palmela. The service from all the staff was wonderful. Mr. João and Dona Paula prepared a birthday party for me near the pool with great dedication and affection. Gabriela is very affectionate and always concerned so that nothing is missing. Contrary to some reviews I read before my visit, Amazônia de Palmela offered us a fantastic stay and I want to thank everyone for being so well received. I loved it. My thanks to all the staff.
