★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was the most awful experience in my life! I travel a lot around the world and have a lot of experience in shopping in different countries and continents. In American vintage, as I found out it is not possible to make returns. They just do not accept it. You can just exchange it or get a voucher. Which is for an international visit is not suitable - you can simple won’t be able to use this voucher. Also, I bought several things there and I did not see what other clothes I could select instead of the ones I was returning. So in real life if you buy smth in this shop you won’t be able to change you mind. And the staff there is not supportive at all! They just say it is their policy and they not only do not care about customer relations but openly say they do not care. Such a disappointment! I thought I opened a new brand for myself but now I will never ever go there!
