I asked an employee if a dress was made of wool or cotton and the lady answered without even looking at the composition and said that it was woolen. I asked again as by touch the dress seemed to be cotton but she insisted that it was woolen. I was looking for a dress to use in the office so woolen dress would be too hot and for me it was important. I finally checked myself and it was 100% cotton. Very unprofessional and she did not even recognize that was not right. I was in COS shops in London and Madrid and they are much better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought trousers there. Noticed the next day there was a hole in the back pocket. Went to the shop to change it but they wouldn’t as it wasn’t a defect and all clothes are “verified” by the staff.
70€ spent for nothing. Shameful
