De acordo com a informação disponível no local, trata-se de um neolítico final IV a III milénio a. c. Possui uma pequena entrada, para se aceder ao interior, onde seriam depositados potes de barro com cinzas resultantes da cremação. É necessário percorrer alguns metros pelo meio do pinhal, partindo da estrada principal. O percurso faz-se bem a pé ou de bicicleta.
