Entregas agendadas para dia x e aparecem pra entregar dia y.
No meu caso foi me cobrado o valor da encomenda 2 vezes e mesmo eu apresentando comprovativos deste erro tive que me deslocar a loja 2 vezes para resolver sendo que na última estive lá aproximadamente 3horas.
Não sendo suficiente ao valor que deviam devolver retiraram ainda os custos de transferência, agindo de má fé!
Não recomendo !
Terrible service! Disorganized Employees!
Deliveries scheduled for day x and appear to deliver day y.
In my case, I was charged the value of the order twice and even though I presented proof of this error I had to travel to the store twice to solve it, the last time I was there for approximately 3 hours.
As the amount they had to return was not enough, they also removed the transfer costs, acting in bad faith!
I do not recommend !
