★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Anlage ist zwar schon in die Jahre gekommen, hat aber noch ihren Charme. Die Lage ist strandnah und eigentlich ideal, wäre da nicht der ständiger Lärm. Da keine Klimaanlagen vorhanden sind muss bei offenen Fenstern geschlafen werden. Und da die Einbahnstraße an der die Anlage liegt ist nunmal der einzige Zugang zu dem Strand und dem Viertel. Vor allem nachts stören angetrunkene Gruppen die vom Strand kommen und der Verkehr. Deshalb ein Punkt abzug. Leider war unsere Ferienwohnung auch sehr schlecht ausgestattet. Nur jeweils zwei Teller von jeder Art und nur ein kleines scharfes Messer. Ansonsten war nichts da und alles musste erst gekauft werden. Auch die Treppe in das Obergeschoss ist extrem eng und sehr steil. Ausstattung und Treppe begründen den zweiten Punkt Abzug. Die Verwalterin war sehr nett und die Reinigung alle zwei bis drei Tage war auch in Ordnung.
 The facility is getting on in years, but still has its charm. The location is close to the beach and actually ideal if it weren't for the constant noise. As there is no air conditioning, you have to sleep with the windows open. And since the one-way street on which the complex is located is the only access to the beach and the district. Especially at night drunk groups come from the beach and the traffic disturbs. Therefore deduct one point. Unfortunately, our apartment was also very poorly equipped. Only two plates of each kind and only one small sharp knife. Otherwise there was nothing and everything had to be bought first. The stairs to the upper floor are also extremely narrow and very steep. Equipment and stairs justify the second point deduction. The manager was very nice and the cleaning every two to three days was fine.
