★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location was great with an amazing view, the staff were friendly and the pool was well maintained. My only issue was the fact that the boiler in the villa didn't work so hot water wasn't available all the time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We arrived and there was no one at reception, no key for us and apparently no booking for us!!! We rang the number it had on our booking and the lady said give me five minutes I will call back. No call back. So I phoned again she said basically there was nothing she could do. Then another lady calls me... asking for our booking number and name. I’m telling her when she starts SHOUTING AT ME to SPELL my name as she speaks a different language to me. She was unbelievably rude!!!! All to be told we don’t have a room and there is no space for us. So we was left in the middle of Portugal with our cases and nowhere to stay! I just cried for ages until a brilliant hotel near by offered us a room. What an absolute scam. And to be rude on top of that! Disgusting. I’m sooo angry about it. What a joke. I will be telling EVERYBODY to never use this place and will be sharing all over every social media platform how the situation was handled and how unprofessional they are. Thanks for ruining our holiday that we worked so hard for!!!!

The checkin was not that nice. The lady who received us was very upset because we called directly to the owner after calling her without answer. She said that we didn’t call her... and that issue was quite important for her!! We felt that we’ve made the mistake of our lives to try other numbers to find someone :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed in studio room no. 1. It was really really small . Very hot. On main road so didnt feel safe. Didnt enjoy staying there as room was dingy and kitchen impossible to cook in.
Clean towels but when i asked for sheets to be changed they said no. I enjoyed pool nice and quiet and kids pool very good. But stay away from studio 1 and 2 as they are teeny tiny with no terrace you basically have a table and chairs on the side of the road. Would not stay here again.
