★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent place. Food is ok would give it a 3 star. 4 Swimmingpools. Big medium and 2 kids. And of cause the beach right Infront of the see. The sand is soft ish scale 1-7 one would be the best I give it a 2 as there are some shells in the sand. Water is a 3 as the sand dunes are not going to fare out. For none swimmers a bit of strong current. Renting an umbrella is 5 a day so that is ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Myself and my partner stayed here from 16th until 23rd October we had a fabulous week the food was beautiful always something different fresh fish every day and the staff hats off to you all your all brilliant wasn't one thing I could fault anyone thinking about going here just book it you won't regret it and again the staff brilliant

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location of the hotel is perfect. You have the best few on the beach. Close to the old town and it has 2 swimmingpools. If you have a car its perfect. You can drive trough the whole algarve. The breakfeast is perfect! Tatiana from the restaurant is super sweet. Helps you with everything.
Isabel and Carolina from the reception where also very sweet and polite. Every question, they helped us. If there was a problem, they helped us immidiatly! The room was cleaned well. The hotel is dated, but its clean and you have the best few on the beach/ sea. You can hear the waves from youre room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just got back from our 2nd stay at the monica isabel, which we also extended by a few days while we were there, and already planning our next trip. I agree the hotel is quite dated and in need of repairs but seriously it doesn't take away from the overly friendly and helpful staff throughout the whole hotel and the comfortable feeling you experience while you're there. It's not 4 or 5 star so if that's what you want then pay more and go elsewhere, but it is practically on the beach with plenty of food and drink in the all inclusive, with a really nice pool and really really nice staff at a really good price. We wouldn't even consider going elsewhere in Portugal. Well done monica isabel and thank you to everyone there for yet another lovely holiday, we'll see you again very soon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FANTASTIC !!!!!!! Small family run business majoring on quality, personal service and value. Every course perfectly prepared and served with a smile ( and on hot plates !! ) this place is a gem in and amongst a myriad of other restaurants. If you like Indian food forget the others and seek this one out !! There are very few tables hence the exceptional service so be quick ! You wont be disappointed !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely beachside hotel very friendly people working there too can't do enough for you the rooms are basic (we had studio) but spacious and very clean all Inclusive menu not good although the salad bar and puddings were fab but rest of food cold and not good, cheap to eat out and town about 1.5 miles away with loads of bars and restaurants . The hotel swimming pool was fab but poolside bar not good food either unless you want burger and pizza everyday the drinks there were fine and did lovely cocktail of the day mmm .overall the hotel has stunning views and is a pleasant place to stay. Would go again but would not go all inclusive. Had lovely break thank you
