W	W “Villat” Chow on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not know why got bad review for this hotel, it’s a very decent nice hotel for 5 stars, it’s not very luxury but it’s very good for what you pay, we 2 adult 2 kids lived in a deluxe apartment! Very spacious room and kitchen, kitchen got everything, the washing machine is a bonus, fridge and big freezer! Hotel very clean staff very friendly! Buffet at night limited choices but we not really mind because we just eat once in the hotel! Free on site parking, free WiFi everywhere and very good signals! Definitely recommended
H	Helen Knight on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just back from our honeymoon here and must say the rooms are very spacious & clean, we were a bit disappointed as we’d emailed once booked asking for a double bed because it was our honeymoon but were given 2 singles. The kitchen had great facilities (hob, washing mashing, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster) all of which would be good for self catering. Unfortunately we were all inclusive which was a complete waste of money as we had to eat out just about every meal as the food was terrible! Cold potatoes, soggy chips and just generally all inedible It is a lovely hotel but the lack of outside seating or terrace at night is a shame as our room was on the ground floor so our balcony was right at the front door onto the car park The reception staff were really friendly and always had a smile but the dining room staff could hardly even look at the customers never mind smile, although it’s probably because no one stayed in there long enough because of the food. The location however is great, right between the old and new towns and a beautiful beach only a 10 min walk away which is well worth going to. I would say this is a 3/4 star hotel and would have been happy to give a higher rating if the food was better.
S	Samuel Leung on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A handsome hotel offering a range of room types. We booked an one bedroom apartment that offered plenty of space for the three of us. Room is very clean, well eqipped and nicely decorated. It has a patio for sitting outside but as we were on the ground floor and the patio was back on the the street so we did not have the chance to fully relax in the outside space. Next time, we would definitely ask for a room with the view to the pool or at higher level so that we can sit more leisurely in the balcony without the noise of the traffic. The hotel provides on site parking and it is midway between the old town (free shuttle is provided) and the Strip (Avenida Francisco Sá Carneiro where many restaurants, bars and night clubs are located). The nearest beach about 20-30 minutes on foot is the Praia do Oura that is extremely popular among the local.
F	Frances McEvoy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the deluxe room my wife and I were given was first class and was al due 2 the guy on reception we couldn't check in for a few hours but he assured us the room was worth the wait and he wasn't wrong staff were so helpful and friendly I would highly recommended a stay here

Extremely professional, helpful , friendly and efficient. Couldn’t do enough for us . We had a weeks holiday starting 1/3/2022. The hotel had just reopened after the winter break when we arrived. We were the only guests that day . Arrived at 9pm and the kitchen offered us food , a great start . I had requested a room to help with mobility . We were given a great room close to lift , dining , pools etc. but the view was in the car park . Apparently this was the only room with a shower so we stuck with it . We managed to get a great deal and was great value for money . Very clean hotel . Rooms cleaned daily . We had a twin room , it was really big. Bedroom with lots of wardrobe space , fully equipped kitchen included washing machine and micro . Could cook as had everything. Living room space with dining table and tv . There was also a fold down sofa ! Buffet was ok as we went AI. Breakfast had a good choice , lunch tended to be recreated for evening meal so was a little samey and with most AI not the hottest . Hotel was around 4€ to the beach . Some shops around and many eating places . Used Uber all the time . V good . V Limited beds by the pool . Was ok for us as no one else but can’t imagine high season . No towels on offer for pool have to pay €10 each non refundable. We bought at beach for €9 each for a v big towel . Indoor pool , jacuzzi and steam room and sauna . The indoor pool was cold but was ok but the jacuzzi was a disappointment as too cold which was a shame . Safe in room. No hairdryer tho . Check in at 17.00 and out at 12 noon !! Definitely recommend for the price and staff .
