★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came across this little place food was amazing and so cheap. I had covert to start with, bacaul abras, jug of wine and a coffee all for €8. Or just have a coffee and a lovely homemade dessert for only €2.75. The little couple who own the Petisco are lovely and friendly and they speak perfect English. Would highly recommend it.

Manuel and Fatima managed to fulfill a request we had for fresh crab and prawns, which we ordered in advance. The way Fatima prepared the food was delicious- homestyle cooking made with simple high-quality ingredients. Easily the best meal I had in Portugal! Quick tip- don’t skip the homemade desserts.
