★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice buffet restaurant, per kilo, several choices, large variety, with typical Portuguese cuisine, BBQ, seafood, cheeses, fresh fruits, and delicious desserts. You weigh your food, get a card, can get more you feel like and pay when you finish eating. It is clean, friendly staff, with no frills, and most important, good value for money. I really recommend if you want to try local food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to this place when our Portuguese transfer driver recommended it as a place he would go to. So you walk into the side entrance, get a plate, walk into a buffet style hot/cold food holding area, salad bar, grilled fish/meats, Portugese cuisine, stewed beans and other desserts. Then pick up a tray, grab a drink, weigh your plate and pay for your order, grab a table and consume your food, simple. Lots of families and local people there. No nonsense and no food waste if you've too much on your plate. Food good quality and well seasoned, probably too salty. I found Portuguese BBQ food much the same. Good way to sample how the Portuguese eat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really enjoyed this spot. Stumbled across it on our last day in Albufeira, despite walking past it a dozen times prior. Food is of a good quality and extremely well priced. As mentioned by others, you pay by the kilo - the plate in the photo came to just over 6 euros and I was stuffed! Service is good and the restaurant seems very clean. Great place to go for an informal meal.
