★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff at the reception is welcoming and helpful. We booked a massage at the spa and it was great, with a nice view of the city and the sea.
The bed was perfect, we slept very well. and the cleaning team does a good job.
Breakfast was so so, fresh fruits but other dishes were tasteless. Dinner was a shame (maybe due to the covid?), Overcooked frozen fish, overcooked meat, etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved this hotel, spent 5 nights here with my girlfriend, had a blast.. All of the staff were very friendly and if you needed anything they'll do there best to make it happen..
Breakfast was superb absolutely loved it and quality was really good.. The swimming pool area was very clean and you could have a few drinks while on the sun beds..
The rooms were exceptionally clean and the cleaners were great, clean room and towels everyday..
Great location the beach was only a 5-8 minute walk which was great.. Shops and restaurants within a 2 minute walk.. The views from our balcony was amazing..
Really enjoyed this hotel.. Will be coming back again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ideally situated for beaches. Plenty of restaurants and bars locally. 25 minute walk into albufeira. There was a good selection for breakfast only downside the eggs etc were only ever warm not hot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I stayed here for a week in November. The hotel is very clean with nice clean and spacious rooms. The breakfast is the best buffet breakfast I've had with lots to choose from and quality food. Two outdoor pools which we didn't use the weather warm but not very hot. The staff were very helpful and kept the place covid safe. We would also like to say a big thank you to our room cleaner, Rosa for excellent cleaning. Would definitely recommend here with the location being near shops and food places and close to the beach with the best sunset view.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have stayed here twice and both times have been a great experience. The hotel is beautiful and staff are very friendly. The breakfast is amazing with a good selection. The pool area is clean and quiet with ample loungers available. Beach towels, safe and minibar available in room which is a bonus. Very good location close to a beautiful and quiet beach, the busy strop and a nice walk or short taxi ride into Old Town where the nicer restaurants are. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very nice and great hotel. If you have problems, you will be helped directly. The heater on the air conditioning didn't work for me, only cold air came out. The control panel was broken and was replaced. The second thing I had was that I couldn't open the safe even though I entered the correct number. The receptionist did a reset and then everything works again. For food, if you don't like a British breakfast, you don't have to eat it. The selection is large and there is not only bacon, sausages and beans. In another country you should eat something different than at home. By the way, I'm from Germany and I liked the British breakfast. The only criticism I saw was that the water was dripping from the ceiling in some places. There are several buckets set up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Modern atrium with nice design at the inner yard but the bathroom is quite outdated. Spacious room with tea coffee making facilities and minibar available. Easy to get parking around the hotel. Good walking distance to beach. However not very Covid safe. Breakfast in the morning almost of them don’t wear mask and don’t use glove at the buffet. Feels so unhygienic and customers keep coughing in the buffet area. Staffs don’t care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exceptional stay, friendly and helpful staff. The room and bed were very comfortable. The breakfast very good with lots of variety. We really enjoyed the pool area because it was peaceful and relaxing.
The only negative for us was the price of a single shot Whiskey which was astronomical at €8,50.
