The rooms were clean ? The morning breakfast is totally off the hook ? The personnel is really attentive and Covid care I recommend this hotel

B	Beardy Mate on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed 5 nights in October. I would give 4 stars only for the lobby of the hotel not rooms as they are dated with tired furniture. Housekeeping service not good, on our second day we had lady coming to clean the room around 6pm which is not acceptable and we never experienced this in any other hotel we stayed in Portugal, this continued for the rest of our stay.. only towels changed and bed made, that was it. They never bothered to clean anything in the room and this is not a service you expect from 4 star hotel! If you plan to stay there be prepared to pay for the safe use in your room plus deposit of 20 euros for beach towel, again this is something we never experienced in other 4 star hotels in Portugal or other countries. Staff in the reception and restaurant were friendly, breakfast is good if you book this option. Hotel is close to shops, restaurants and beach.

L	Lindsay Clegg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely hotel nice clean room, staff lovely staff apart from the lady (the one with long brown hair) in the spa very rude she need to go for social training and learn how to speak and deal with customer's (thinks she's above herself when she clearly is not) makes up her own rules one day your aloud to do stuff the next your not she pleases herself my son can't swim and was not aloud to take his little float in as she said it was a toy but he had it in with him the 2 days before and it was fine then my kids were very upset on their last day and rain all week not fair will not be back!!!!!!

They don't provide an Iron in the room but do have one available to use at a certain time. Had an issue with the hairdryer in one room - we had two rooms and the hairdryer in the second room was working so not an issue for us. They also gave a Laundry service. Breakfast was delicious!! Massage was really good. Staff at the reception were really friendly. Would definitely come back.
R	Ravi Kumar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel. The breakfast is basic though. Everything is great. The only issue we had is with the stupid twin beds. Why do they give twin beds for a couple. They are joined together but if you in between those two beds, they separate and we fall. I think they should really have actual double bed rooms rather than twin beds.
