La porte de l'appartement est une porte blindée, ce qui est très rassurant. La literie est correcte, les coussins sont ergonomiques (ils sont très confortables et retrouvent leur forme initiale). Il y a des couvertures de disponibles si un soir il fait froid. Il y a un coffre-fort. La cuisine est super bien équipée et très propre : vaisselle, grille-pain, machine pour presser le jus d'orange, une bouilloire, un micro-ondes, un four, des plaques à induction et une machine à laver. Les équipements semblent neufs. Il y a des serviettes pour la toilette. La terrasse est super grande avec vue sur mer et piscine ! La piscine est de taille normale, pas hyper grande. Il y a la grande et la petite piscine. Il y a quelques transats. Il y avait des masques et du gel pour les mains ce qui est très appréciable. Le ménage a été fait durant notre séjour. La plage et les restaurants sont à environ 10 minutes à pieds. C'est indiqué que l'appartement est à 500 mètres de la plage ce qui est vrai. Cependant à la marche, il faut contourner les bâtiments, ce qui fait bien plus de 500m à la marche... ATTENTION : il y a une CAUTION EN CASH DE 200€ à déposer au propriétaire à l'entrée de l'appartement. Cette caution est récupérée à la fin du séjour. TEST COVID-19 : nous avons galéré à trouver les infos. Le test antigenique est uniquement réalisé dans une pharmacie (et non en parapharmacie) sur rendez-vous. Nous avons pris rdv à la pharmacie de Praia da Rocha. Le test a coûté 25€/pers. The apartment is very clean. The residence is very secure (the gate opens with a key). The door to the apartment is an armored door, which is very reassuring. The bedding is correct, the cushions are ergonomic (they are very comfortable and regain their initial shape). There are blankets available if it is cold in the evening. There is a safe. The kitchen is super well equipped and very clean: dishes, toaster, machine for squeezing orange juice, kettle, microwave, oven, induction hob and washing machine. The equipment seems new. There are towels for the toilet. The terrace is super large with a view of the sea and the swimming pool! The pool is a normal size, not overly large. There is the large and the small pool. There are a few deckchairs. There were masks and hand gel which is very nice. Housekeeping was done during our stay. The beach and restaurants are about a 10 minute walk away. It is indicated that the apartment is 500 meters from the beach which is true. However, when walking, you have to go around the buildings, which is much more than 500m to walk ... ATTENTION: there is a CASH DEPOSIT OF 200 € to be left with the owner at the entrance of the apartment. This deposit is recovered at the end of the stay. COVID-19 TEST: we struggled to find the information. The antigenic test is only carried out in a pharmacy (and not in a drugstore) by appointment. We made an appointment at the Praia da Rocha pharmacy. The test cost 25 € / pers.
