L	LORENA ENCINAL OBSERVA Y CAPTURA FOTOGRAFÍA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo único positivo del alojamiento es la ubicación, el diseño (decoración) y aislamiento de ruido. Pero la limpieza es nefasta. Teníamos la entrada a las 15h, cuando llegamos al alojamiento no habían terminado de limpiarlo y eran las 16h (las limpiadoras estaban sin mascarillas ni guantes) y teniendo en cuenta que estamos en pandemia por el COVID-19, nos pareció bastante imprudente. No terminaron hasta las 16:30h, una hora y media más tarde de lo debido. Dejaron la basura de los anteriores huéspedes allí por tirar, en el suelo había todavía pelusas. No hay monodosis en el baño, es un bote de gel y otro de champú tamaño familiar que usa todo el que pasa por allí. El mando de la TV estaba sin pilas. El agua caliente es por calentador, así que si tardáis un poco más de la cuenta es probable quedarse un agua caliente. El estudio estándar (donde nos alojamos) es un tercero sin ascensor, en el que además toda la zona de escaleras huele a tuberías. La salida del apartamento es a las 11:00h. Así que por unas escasas 13-14 horas (en nuestro caso menos porque a las 8:00h ya estábamos fuera) es bastante caro. The only positive thing about the accommodation is the location, the design (decoration) and noise isolation. But cleaning is dire. We had entry at 3:00 p.m., when we arrived at the accommodation they had not finished cleaning it and it was 4:00 p.m. (the cleaners were without masks or gloves) and considering that we are in a pandemic due to COVID-19, it seemed quite unwise. They didn't finish until 4:30 p.m., an hour and a half later than they should. They left the trash of the previous guests there to be thrown away, there was still lint on the floor. There are no single-dose units in the bathroom, it is a bottle of gel and another of family-size shampoo that everyone who passes by uses. The TV remote was out of batteries. The hot water is by heater, so if you take a little longer than necessary it is likely to have hot water. The standard studio (where we stayed) is a third one without an elevator, in which the entire staircase area also smells like pipes. Departure from the apartment is at 11:00 a.m. So for a scarce 13-14 hours (in our case less because at 8:00 we were already out) it is quite expensive.
G	Graça Loureiro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O apartamento estava limpo, bem decorado e possuía uma boa cama (apesar de que a firmeza do colchão pode n cair tão bem para estadias longas ou para quem gosta de colchões mais macios) contudo tivemos mta dificuldade em entrar dentro da casa (a porta não abria, situação essa q foi resolvida n através do contacto q tinha no booking mas um que, por lapso, ligamos que pertencia à mesma rede, tendo-nos sugerido q puxassemos a porta e a empurrassemos de imediato) e durante a estadia toda era quase impossível dormir por o alojamento estar situado no centro da cidade onde deve acontecer grande parte da "movida" noturna (durante a noite toda e a madrugada havia gente na rua e isso impedia um sono relaxante). Por outro lado, a água quente escasseou nalguns momentos e acredito q para quem goste de Duches um pouco mais demorados, isto seja um problema. Para quem quiser ter uma boa noite de sono ou para quem goste de sossego até durante o dia, este não é definitivamente o sítio. The apartment was clean, well decorated and had a good bed (although the firmness of the mattress may not go down so well for long stays or for those who like softer mattresses) however we had a lot of difficulty getting inside the house (the door didn't opened, a situation that was resolved through the contact that I had on the booking but one that, by mistake, we called that belonged to the same network, having suggested that we pull the door and push it straight away) and during the entire stay it was almost impossible to sleep because the accommodation is located in the center of the city, where most of the nocturnal "movida" should take place (all night and at dawn there were people in the street and this prevented a relaxing sleep). On the other hand, hot water was scarce at times and I believe that for those who like showers a little longer, this is a problem. For those who want a good night's sleep or for those who like to rest even during the day, this is definitely not the place.
