★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy bien. Bastante limpio. Una wifi gratis de gran velocidad. El dueño simpatiquisimo y muy atento. Te busca donde ir a comer,precios y todo lo que necesites. Recomendadisimo. Yo volvere.
 Very well. Fairly clean A free high speed wifi. The owner very nice and very attentive. It looks for you where to go to eat, prices and everything you need. Recomendadisimo. I will come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apartamento coqueto. Para catro persoas énun chisco pequeno. O sofá é un pouco escaso para dúas persoas. Moi limpo,e moi apañado. A localización é inmellorable, no centro de Aveiro.
Cozy apartment. For four people, it is small. The sofa is a bit sparse for two people. Very clean, and very picky. The location is superb, in downtown Aveiro.

Apartamento e bonito, mas limpeza considero nota zero. Camas sujas, sem aquecimento que no booking dizia o contrário sendo não corespondeu a publicidade que fizeram. Uma pena pois a cidade é linda e não merece este tipo de serviço enganoso pra que vai conhecer as belezas de Aveiro! Não recomendo!
Apartments is very well situated !!
Apartment and beautiful, but cleanliness I consider grade zero. Dirty beds, no heating which in booking said the contrary being not colorspond the advertising they did. A shame because the city is beautiful and does not deserve this kind of misleading service so you will know the beauties of Aveiro! Would not recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 宿泊施設は普通ですが、目の前にある川が船着き場になっていて、写真を撮る絶好の場所になります。川面に映る船、背景も素晴らしい。この写真でポルトガルとはわからない。
Accommodation is normal, but the river in front of us is the boating place, which is a great place to take pictures. Ships reflected in the river, the background is also wonderful. I do not know Portugal from this photo.

Ponto desfavorável, a limpeza deixava muito a desejar e as toalhas que nos trouxeram estavam húmidas e cheiravam a fumo.
Vizinhos barulhentos ao chegar de madrugada.
Comfortable apartment, well located and complete. Mattress in the bedroom very comfortable.
Unfavorable point, the cleaning left much to be desired and the towels they brought us were damp and smelled of smoke.
Noisy neighbors when arriving at dawn.
