★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço um pouco a desejar, realizei um pedido de encomenda onde me respondem que iriam enviar no próprio dia e dias depois sem mais resposta, decidi ligar onde me dizem que não tem o produto, falta de organização na resposta e atendimento via e-mail.
Service a little to be desired, I made an order request where they answer me that they would send on the same day and days later without further reply, I decided to call where they tell me they don't have the product, lack of organization in the response and service via e-mail.

Não respondem ao email e por via telefónica atende um senhor que diz que quem trata dos emails é o irmão para falarmos com ele.
Ligamos várias vezes e ora está desligado, oura não atende o suposto irmão.
Este senhor que atende também não dá seguimento à encomenda..
De lamentar totalmente haver empresas sem vontade de vender.
Encomenda anulada e NÃO RECOMENDO este serviço de todo! invistam o vosso capital em empresas que o mereçam.
Regrettable service. An order placed via email to plant a complete orchard.
They do not answer the email and over the phone a man answers that says that the one who deals with the emails is the brother to talk to him.
We called several times and now it's off, sometimes it doesn't answer the supposed brother.
This gentleman who serves does not follow up on the order.
It is totally regrettable that there are companies with no desire to sell.
Order canceled and I DO NOT RECOMMEND this service at all! invest your capital in companies that deserve it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This whole organisation is a joke. Tried to contact them about details for days. No one calls back. Emails not returned. Then the phone is switched off for days...
After finally beeing ensured by them that everything was ready, i drove 250km to Porto only to find out that almost half of my order was recently sold out or unavailable. But I contacted them one day before pickup if everything was ready indeed. What a waste of my money and time.
DO NOT RECOMMEND. Absolutely unprofessional and sloppy.
