★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely park to go with friends and children. Nice café and restaurant and a grass field to play with the children. There are concerts occasionally and the museum has wonderful art exhibitions. It's a must if you visit Algés!

The coffee shop is great, wih a very good offering and an awesome outdoor seating.
Try the "Bolo Universo" ("Universe Cake"), its speciality, which is amazing, or a glass of wine.
There's a small parking lot across the street where you can leave the car.
Ahhh. Life's good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely café settled in the middle of Algés Parque dos Anjos. The setting is comfortable and ideal for a morning cup of coffee and a pastry. They also serve salads and toasted sandwishes. I love that place but the quality and speed of the service can vary from very good to very bad depending of what waiters are on the floor.
