★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to Alba with lower back pain due to straining it during surfing and yoga. She was extremely skilled and is a well of knowledge. She explained exactly why I am in pain and what I can do to improve it. The treatment was amazing from movement, to massage and ultrasound treatment she did everything with such care and professionalism – I have already recommended her to friends. I will definitely go again if I have a problem!

Alba was extremely knowledgeable & was able to pinpoint areas that needed the most attention right away. I have already scheduled again & taken advantage of the latest promotional pass. 100% worth it!!

I had back surgery last year and was having a small flare up during travel - Alba was very knowledgeable about what was happening and targeted the problem area very effectively. She also recommended some stretches for me to do to keep the discomfort at bay! Wonderful massage and service.

I have learned so much about the different pains and aches in my body and I’m now really well equipped to do something about it with a range of exercises to do at home. Highly recommend her services, plus it’s really great value for money. Thank you again for your generosity Alba!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a facial and pelvic floor physiotherapy with Alba and for both I had an amazing experience. pelvic floor physio therapy has contributed with elimination of horrible pain I was suffering from each month for 12-14 days each month. I had no idea the amount of tention and stress we store in our pelvic floor area and how all of this can create pain and discomfort in our day to day life. I also recently had a facial with Alba and I had the best facial experience I had in a very long time my face was glowing and my skin is still happy and glowing for the third week in a row. Alba iš amazing and I look forward for my next session with her

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so happy I found this place while visiting Lagos. I had neck pain and needed not just massage but proper analysis and treatment. I got it plus so much more! The whole session was so professional but also warm.
With understanding of the whole body and mind, she was able to give me advice on how to treat myself, based on anatomy and neurology. The knowledge she has is unbeatable but so was her way of making me feel relaxed and heard.
With all my heart I recommend this place! Thank you for everything!
