★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ligaram-me com uma semana de antecedência para marcar uma consulta para o dia 18 às 9.30h à qual concordei, no dia 16 Ligaram a confirmar a consulta do dia 18, no dia 17 mandaram uma SMS a confirmar a consulta do dia 18, nesse dia 17 voltaram a ligar para confirmar a consulta do dia 18 e nesse dia 18 compareci às 9.20h mas passava da hora marcada quando pude entrar ao que a recepcionista me disse de imediato que a técnica (Lúcia Martins) estava atrasada porque andava à procura de estacionamento, e que não havia consulta por isso. De repente chega a técnica mas como não estava com paciência para aturar clientes confirmou que não iria dar a tão agendada consulta. (Que fazer?) Apenas disse bom dia (e mandaram o cliente embora). Atenciosamente...Renato Pereira.

Suddenly the technique arrives but, as I was not in the mood to put up with clients, I confirmed that I would not give the scheduled appointment. (What to do?)
