★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tendo ficado mal impressionado quando efectuei a aquisição do aparelho auditivo, pela falta de profissionalismo da pessoa envolvida, tinha problemas de adaptação que nunca foram comunicados à empresa, pois fiquei traumatizado e raramente colocava o aparelho.
Tentava adaptar-me e de quando em vez colocava-os, mas rapidamente o retirava pois era muito incomodativo.
Ao fim de alguns meses fui contactado pela empresa a quem transmiti o meu desagrado e de imediato me foi proposto uma visita à empresa a fim de me ser feita uma consulta de análise à situação.
Em boa hora tal aconteceu, na pessoa do sr. Bruno Caetano, o qual com elevado profissionalismo e competência me corrigiu o aparelho permitindo que a audição passasse a ser agradável e funcional. Teve inclusive o cuidado de me telefonar posteriormente inquirindo do grau de satisfação e de novo me assistiu na empresa a uma segunda consulta, na qual me foi prestada assistência técnica ao aparelho com ligeiro reajuste do mesmo e comunicando-me uma série de informações de performance deste equipamento que me agradou muito pois alargou o âmbito de utilização do equipamento auditivo.
Having been unimpressed when I purchased the hearing aid, due to the lack of professionalism of the person involved, I had adaptation problems that were never reported to the company, as I was traumatized and rarely put on the aid.
I tried to adapt and from time to time I put them on, but I quickly took them off because it was very annoying.
After a few months I was contacted by the company to whom I expressed my displeasure and I was immediately offered a visit to the company in order to have a consultation to analyze the situation.
In good time this happened, in the person of Mr. Bruno Caetano, who with high professionalism and competence corrected the device, allowing my hearing to become pleasant and functional. He even took care to call me later inquiring about the degree of satisfaction and again he assisted me in the company for a second consultation, in which I was given technical assistance to the device with a slight readjustment of it and giving me a series of information about the performance of this device. equipment that pleased me a lot as it widened the scope of use of hearing equipment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly and helpful staff at the Loule shop that I went to. My disappointment was that I could not buy the hearing amplifier that I wanted by paying cash and walking out with it as shown in the advertisement I saw. I had to get a Portuguese friend to use a Multibanco for me as I do not understand the language and I am still waiting for it to be delivered to my apartado.

I could see and hear you and your friends talking out loud and laughing, you did approach me after i had waited almost 1 hour and apologise with the excuse that friends dropped in unexpectedly. You were not fitting a hearing aid for the period i was in your waiting room. Pat

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first visit I was waiting 30 minutes without any acknowledgement from anybody but i could see the hearing tester was chatting with a female in his office , i then informed the receptionist i could no longer wait as i has errants to do . she said i could come back in 15 minutes, and I did only to wait another 15 minutes before i left.
Next day I got a phone call apologising and please make another appointment which i did for 16,15 hrs, on my way i got another phone call asking me to be there at 16.30 . I arrived 5 minutes early and filled out my details . After waiting 18 minutes and after few visits to the hearing technician by the now embarrassed receptionist he appeared and informed me some friends had call to see him and could i wait another 30 minutes. I then left dejected. Pat
