Dislike, lack of education, lack of transparency and lack of professionalism on the part of the owner of the establishment. One of the worst customer service I've ever seen in my life!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Partiram-me o parafuso do rotor do distribuidor, não se deram ao trabalho de o tirar e deixaram ficar o velho. De seguida trocaram cabos de velas, bobine, filtro gasolina, tampa do distribuidor, velas, e como tal mascararam o problema eléctrico que o carro tinha. Enfim, serviço trapalhão e negligente para não dizer mais. Acontece que, o problema ERA APENAS O ROTOR!
They broke the screw on the distributor's rotor, didn't bother to take it off and let the old man stay. Then they replaced spark plug cables, coil, gasoline filter, distributor cap, spark plugs, and as such masked the electrical problem that the car had. Anyway, clumsy and negligent service to say the least. It turns out, the problem WAS JUST THE ROTOR!

The job was perfectly done, the car was as good as new. Everyone was nice, explaining things with a good English. Totally recommended.
