★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not the best infrastructure for norauto in pt, but still delivers the same experience. One of only two in Algarve. There is none to the east of this one. Staff are pleasant and willing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took a loose wheel in for puncture repair, with no appointment on a Sunday. Norauto fixedbthe puncture and refitted the wheel in about half an hour. Excellent service at a good price. Thanks Guys.

They told us our (relatively new, recently inspected) tire had old material and they couldn't fill it; then the story changed and they couldn't fill it because we had used a spray to repair it. (Even though the spray explicitly said "repair ASAP"). We asked for a quote on a new tire and they disappeared with our key. Half an hour later, we grabbed the key and left. They were attending other clients - I guess they realized we weren't born yesterday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful staff and clean facilities. But 310e for two new tyres because of one small puncture is a bit Ott for me. At least they were open on Mardi-Gras day but still had to order my common tyres.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't praise them enough for their helpful attention when I accompanied my friend who bought an electric bicycle.
The staff members gave their undivided attention. Correcting problems ( one young man missing out on his meal break to make sure the bike worked perfectly)
The instructions for use were given in detail and my friend road off very satisfied. Well done ?
