★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nota de insatisfação: Liguei pra eles numa semana, eles agendaram meu carro para uma segunda feira da outra semana. Deixei meu carro que estava agendado no lado de fora fui me embora, no outro dia voltei lá pois eles não tinham me ligado, cheguei lá meu carro estava na mesma posição que deixei, só assim descobriram que o painel do meu veículo tinha que ir pra Lisboa. Mandaram a peça pra cima, pois bem ficou duas semana e meia sem eles me darem satisfaçao nem orçamento nem nada, fui lá umas 4 vezes e sempre a mesma história, eles não me atende dizia a administração da bosch, por fim fui lá numa terça feira e disse que não iria mais fazer o serviço, eles pensando que estava certo começaram a falar comigo que a culpa não era deles que a peça tava la em cima em fim, pior empresa que já vi em toda minha vida, além de tudo me ligaram dizendo que podia levantar meu veículo pois já não iria fazer o sérvio para minha surpresa meu carro com um arranhão do lado direto na parte de trás olha que raiva dessa bosch por min poderia fechar, mal administração mal atendimento, muita demora no atendimento horrível.
Note of dissatisfaction: I called them one week, they scheduled my car for a Monday the other week. I left my car that was scheduled outside I left, the other day I went back there because they had not called me, I got there my car was in the same position that I left it, just like that they found that the dashboard of my vehicle had to go to Lisbon. They sent the piece up, because it was two and a half weeks without them giving me satisfaction or budget or anything, I went there 4 times and always the same story, they don't answer me said the bosch administration, finally I went there on a Tuesday fair and said he would not do the job anymore, they thought it was right they started talking to me that it was not their fault that the piece was up there in the end, the worst company I have ever seen in my life, besides everything they called saying that I could lift my vehicle because I would no longer do the Serbian to my surprise my car with a scratch on the right side at the back looks that anger at this bosch for a minute could close, poor management bad service, much delay in horrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A funcionária da oficina marcou data e hora pra deixar o veículo pra consertar. Cheguei no horário mas não receberam o veículo alegando que a oficina estava lotada. Ela tinha o meu telemóvel, poderia ter avisado. Perdi tempo.
The workshop employee set the date and time to leave the vehicle for repair. I arrived on time but did not receive the vehicle claiming that the workshop was full. She had my cell phone, she could have told me. I wasted time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, estive a pouco com um veículo 2002, no qual um dia antes me pediu para que fosse no dia seguinte para fazer diagnóstico. Então quando cheguei no dia seguinte o dono olhou para o carro de longe e disse que não adiantava fazer diagnóstico, então eu disse as possíveis causas do problema do carro, que seria catalisador entupido ou fora de ponto, pq estava super aquecendo o coletor, ele disse que o veículo não tem catalisador. O veículo tem vistoria até julho de 2022, o o veículo tem catalisador sim, não entende nada de automóveis. Queria que eu deixasse o veiculo para ficar lá parado como tantos outros que lá vi. Não recomendo esse lugar para ninguém...
Terrible service, I was recently with a 2002 vehicle, which the day before asked me to go the next day for a diagnosis. So when I arrived the next day, the owner looked at the car from afar and said that there was no point in making a diagnosis, so I said the possible causes of the car's problem, which would be a clogged or out of order catalyst, because it was overheating the collector, it said the vehicle does not have a catalytic converter. The vehicle has an inspection until July 2022, the vehicle does have a catalytic converter, it doesn't understand anything about automobiles. He wanted me to leave the vehicle to stand there like so many others I've seen there. I don't recommend this place to anyone...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was sudden and serious oil leak in my camper car and went there in a Monday morning. I had no appointment and they had a full schedule. Still they had their mechanic look at my car, and he discovered the oil filter was broken. They cleaned up the oil under the motor, replaced a new oil filter and did a oil change while I waited. Thank you for for not sending me away, as I could not drive with the car in that condition. The workshop has a tall roof so they can work on camping cars! 5 Stars for helping tourists.
Houve um vazamento de óleo súbito e grave no meu carro campista e fui lá em uma manhã de segunda-feira. Eu não tinha compromisso e eles tinham uma agenda cheia. Ainda assim, eles mandaram o mecânico olhar para o meu carro e ele descobriu que o filtro de óleo estava quebrado. Eles limparam o óleo sob o motor, substituíram um novo filtro de óleo e fizeram uma troca de óleo enquanto eu esperava. Obrigado por não me mandar embora, pois eu não poderia dirigir com o carro naquela condição. A oficina tem um teto alto para que eles possam trabalhar em carros de camping! 5 estrelas por ajudar os turistas.
