★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They might be really good at what they’re doing but the whole experience is rather awful and at some point you just want to start shouting and kicking walls. Everything thanks to the woman at the reception. Her mean face and awful attitude towards customers made me realize no matter how professional the mechanic actually is I will never go back there again. I spent approximately 3 hours in front of her desk just trying to leave and then pick up the car. No matter when you go there she is miserable and unhappy. I feel sorry for people that have to work with her.
