★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei o carro (Honda) para uma simples revisão pelas 14h com a promessa de que teria a viatura no mesmo dia ao final da tarde. Qual não é o meu espanto quando me ligam passadas 3 horas a dizer que o carro não estaria pronto, só no dia seguinte de manhã, porque supostamente teriam demorado mais tempo com uma outra viatura.. não forneceram carro de substituição para compensar o transtorno causado (dizem que temos direito a isso mas é só quando nos vendem os automóveis). Conclusão: vim embora com o carro tal como o deixei.
Total falta de respeito pelo Cliente!
 I left the car (Honda) for a simple review at 2pm with the promise that I would have the car on the same day in the late afternoon. What is my surprise when they call me after 3 hours saying that the car would not be ready, only the next day in the morning, because they supposedly would have taken longer with another vehicle... they didn't provide a replacement car to compensate for the inconvenience caused (they say that we are entitled to this but it is only when the cars are sold to us). Conclusion: I left with the car as I left it.
Total lack of respect for the Customer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço de oficina muito mau . Levei o meu automóvel a esta oficina só com um problema de leitura de chaves e veio com erros no motor . Serviço e atendimento que deixa muito a desejar . Um arranjo que foi uma fortuna e muita demora no reparo. O meu conselho é não levar a esta oficina que se diz da Volvo .
Very bad workshop service. I took my car to this workshop with only a problem reading the keys and it came with engine errors. Service and care that leaves a lot to be desired. An arrangement that was a fortune and a long time to repair. My advice is not to take it to this so-called Volvo workshop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has improved since I came here with my Volvo, but it's still very impersonal and complicated. You have to schedule a diagnostic and it costs 50 euros just to know what's wrong with the car. I understand why they do this but it drove me away.
