★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito bom atendimento pela funcionária do balcão, preços exorbitantes para uma revisão de um carro com 2 anos (mais de 300€ para mudar óleo e filtro de óleo e habitáculo), vídeo check-up sem qualidade e sem ser possível entender uma palavra que o colaborador diz.
 Very good service by the counter employee, exorbitant prices for an overhaul of a 2 year old car (more than €300 to change oil and oil filter and passenger compartment), poor quality video check-up and it is not possible to understand a word that the developer says.

Afirmaram, que visto estar a segurança do carro, e por consequência, a minha e dos passageiros, que de certeza que me atendiam.
Insisti com a pergunta, ao que me deram a certeza a 100% que me atendiam.
Ora, hoje desloquei-me lá, expliquei o problema, a menina muito simpática, foi chamar alguém (não sei quem) da oficina para ver o carro. O sr. nem 1 minuto perdeu no carro, e disse que tinha que marcar para deixar ficar o carro. Expliquei que tinha contactado antes, e que me garantiram que me viam a questão hoje, especialmente por se tratar de uma questão de segurança. Disse que não que tinha que marcar para verem o carro.
Até hoje não tive que dizer, até já comprei lá um carro há uns anos e fui bem atendido, mas desta vez não, desta vez, pura e simplesmente não quiseram saber.

Well, today I went there, I explained the problem, the very nice girl went to call someone (I don't know who) from the garage to see the car. Mr. not even 1 minute was lost in the car, and he said he had to make an appointment to let the car stay. I explained that I had contacted before, and that I was assured that they would see the issue for me today, especially as it is a security issue. I said no that I had to make an appointment to see the car.
Until today I didn't have to say, I even bought a car there a few years ago and I was well attended, but not this time, this time, they just didn't want to know.
