★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Há gestores de conta que ficam na conversa com alguns clientes fazendo os outros perderem imenso tempo. Já esperei mais de 1,5h para ser atendida enquando o funcionário papagueava sobre férias e outros assuntos particulares com clientes.
Poor service. There are account managers who stay in the conversation with some clients making others waste a lot of time. I've waited more than 1.5 hours to be answered while the employee was chatting about vacations and other private customer issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento e arrogância de alguns funcionários. Imenso temo de espera!!! Vou a qualquer outro banco e espero 5 a 10 minutos. Aqui 1h!!! Se fossem menos tagarelas e mais pragmáticos no atendimento, decerto encurtariam o tempo!!
Bad service and arrogance of some employees. Immense fear of waiting !!! I go to any other bank and wait 5 to 10 minutes. Here 1h !!! If they were less chatty and more pragmatic in care, they would surely shorten the time !!

Very good professionals I love the service From my account manager Mr. Nuno Rocha very patient and friendly, I recently changed the counter and I was very well received !!! I recommend to visit this bank and meet the employees who work here who are patient and ready to help us in what we need, also thanks to Mr. Rui who always greets us with a smile on his face !!! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência com uns poucos trabalhadores muito boa. Com outros, eu tive a sensação que estive a perder o tempo e não foram respetuosos. Tempo de espera longo, e muita complexidade na explicação dos produtos. Como banco, manutenção muito custosa. Recomendo ir a outro banco para conseguir melhores produtos para particulares.
Very good experience with a few workers. With others, I had the feeling that I was wasting my time and they were not respectful. Long waiting time, and a lot of complexity in explaining products. As a bank, very expensive maintenance. I recommend going to another bank to get better products for individuals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muita simpatia no momento do atendimento super demorado, mais de duas horas para abrir uma conta bancária e posteriormente, uma falta de profissionalismo gritante, ao ponto de anularem a referida conta e não comunicarem ao cliente essa alteração. Não recomendo.
A lot of sympathy at the time of the super long service, more than two hours to open a bank account and later, a blatant lack of professionalism, to the point of canceling the said account and not communicating this change to the customer. I do not recommend.
