A senhora da tesouraria ia para almoço as 11h45, e por isso não me pode atender as 11h46 apenas para fazer uma transferência, mas em compensação atendeu uma menina que também se encontrava a espera. Depois de ter ficado mais de meia hora a espera, nem me foi capaz de indicar um balcão aberto e fechou-me a porta. Gostava de saber que serviço é este.
Rude employees simply closed the door on me. The treasury lady was going to lunch at 11:45 am, so she cannot answer me at 11:46 am just to make a transfer, but in return she attended to a girl who was also waiting. After waiting more than half an hour, I was not even able to indicate an open counter and closed the door on me. I would like to know what service this is.
