Dia 20/12/19 por volta das 10h35, depois de ter estado talvez uns 20 minutos na fila à espera da minha vez o Sr. que estava atrás de mim passou discretamente para frente do balcão, cumprimentou o funcionário e foi atendido de imediato fazendo passar por parvos a quem estava na fila. Depois ficam indignados quando fecham balcões.

On December 20, 19 around 10:35, after maybe 20 minutes in line waiting for my turn, the man behind me walked quietly in front of the counter, greeted the clerk and was immediately answered. pass for fools who were in line. Then they get angry when they close counters.
