Pedido para realizar a revisão do spread, e apresentação de proposta pedimos revisão do valor de spread ao banco Santander, na Malveira em 1 Junho de 2020 até hoje 24 de novembro e ainda não tivemos acesso ao contrato que supostamente ja se encontra feito. Sempre que nos dirigimos ao balcão dizem que o contrato será entregue no final da semana.... considerando que o contrato renova anualmente em maio, queixam-se da situação de falta de pessoal, esta semana é o sistema informático... já foi de um colega.... que foi de férias.... estava sobre sobrecarregado.... será porque o spread será revisto em baixa.... possivelmente com uma queixa na Banco se Portugal... consiga resolver.... mudamos do balcão de Torres por o serviço era mau, mas o do Balcão da Malveira é péssimo... possivelmente deve seguir o caminho do balcão do Bpi que também era péssimo...
Request to carry out the revision of the spread, and presentation of the proposal, we asked for a review of the spread value to Banco Santander, in Malveira on 1 June 2020 until today 24 November and we have not yet had access to the contract that is supposedly already made. Whenever we go to the counter they say that the contract will be delivered at the end of the week ... considering that the contract renews annually in May, they complain about the lack of personnel, this week it is the computer system ... it has already been from a colleague .... who was on vacation .... he was overloaded .... it will be because the spread will be revised downwards .... possibly with a complaint at the Bank if Portugal ... manages to resolve ... we moved from the Torres counter because the service was bad, but the Malveira counter is terrible ... possibly you should follow the path of Bpi's counter which was also terrible ...

Tinha conta no banco santander totta que pouco utilizava. Quando a conta ficou sem saldo o banco notificou-me para pagamento de custos com manutenção de conta e cartões (mais juros de mora) a que procedi. Por não utilizar a conta utilizei o home banking para o cancelamento dos cartões em causa, tendo sido o cancelamento depois confirmado telefonicamente com o banco. Passado algum tempo voltei a ser notificado de novos juros de mora sobre os cartões que tinha cancelado. Ao dirigir-me ao balcão fui informado que o sistema do Santander Totta registou o cancelamento dos dois cartões, um por "extravio" e o outro por "roubo" apesar de ter sido um cancelamento voluntário, confirmado telefonicamente, por não utilização. O Santander Totta, à revelia da minha decisão enquanto cliente, decide unilateralmente re-emitir cartões por mim cancelados nas tuas plataformas oficiais, conseguindo assim continuar a cobrar taxas sobre os mesmos. Naturalmente encerrei a conta e enviei uma reclamação sobre estas práticas para o Banco de Portugal. Infelizmente não posso aconselhar o Santander Totta a ninguém. É fácil explicar ser recordista de reclamações de clientes no regulador e o valor do banco em bolsa ser uma pequena fração do que fui há uns anos.
He had an account at the santander totta bank that he used very little. When the account ran out of balance, the bank notified me to pay the costs of maintaining the account and cards (plus interest on late payments) that I proceeded with. For not using the account, I used home banking to cancel the cards in question, and the cancellation was later confirmed by telephone with the bank. After some time I was notified of new interest on late payments on the cards I had canceled. When I went to the counter I was informed that the Santander Totta system registered the cancellation of the two cards, one for "loss" and the other for "theft" despite being a voluntary cancellation, confirmed by telephone, for non-use. Santander Totta, in spite of my decision as a customer, unilaterally decides to reissue cards canceled by me on your official platforms, thus managing to continue to charge fees on them. Naturally, I closed the account and sent a complaint about these practices to Banco de Portugal. Unfortunately I cannot advise Santander Totta to anyone. It is easy to explain that I am the record holder for customer complaints at the regulator and the value of the bank on the stock exchange is a small fraction of what I was a few years ago.

HB 964 , é este o erro netbanco consecutivo, o nojo operacional persiste. Já me vi na obrigação de migrar quase tudo para o BPI. A Superlinha que dizem para contactar, não ajuda, aliás, nem sequer atende. Foi difícil tentar migrar conta de Paço de Arcos para o Carregado, impossível e falha de sistema criar nova conta no Carregado, desisti. Abri pois noutro banco. O que ŕesta no Santander, está em mãos inaptas. Enfim! Para a semana colocar o ponto final.
HB 964 , this is the consecutive netbank error, operational disgust persists. I have already found myself obliged to migrate almost everything to BPI. The Superlinha they say to contact, doesn't help, in fact, doesn't even answer. It was difficult trying to migrate an account from Paço de Arcos to Carregado, impossible and system failure to create a new account in Carregado, I gave up. So I opened another bank. Hands down the least professional bank I have ever dealt with - during my application for a mortgage I was on the receiving end of the following: Poor financial advice - I experienced a general lack of understanding of the mortgage application and property purchasing process when dealing with their team Aggressive upselling of unnecessary bank products (insurance, credit cards, etc.) Very slow service - it took them six weeks to tell me what other banks told me in six hours My dealings with Santander Totta placed my personal finances at considerable risk. I will not approach them again, and I would advise potential customers to seek the services of a different bank.

Couldn’t tell you anything about using the bank but it is certainly a magnificent building that stands out on aria Aurea.

Archaic! I am (unfortunately) Santander PT customer, currently changing to a more modern bank. Apart from being unable to cash in a foreign check into to my portuguese bank account, it is hard to find someone to speak english to. Emails barley have been answered. And after THREE YEARS! I still did not receive my credit card! They seem overwhelmed with the smallest “futuristic” tasks. The online banking is VERY lacking for expats, too. If you are an expat and receiving money from abroad, you better consider another bank.
