★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Após tentar marcar um corte para domingo, informaram-me que só poderia ser na segunda-feira de manhã. Sabendo que tinha uma sessão fotográfica da minha empresa na segunda-feira, aceitei mesmo alterando a minha rotina matinal de levar o meu filho à creche e de perder uma hora e trabalho.
Quando chego ao barbeiro informam que não tinha marcação e que só me poderiam atender às 10h, eu explico a minha situação e mostro a minha indignação perante a postura desinteressada deles.
Não recomendo pois não são profissionais, nem para fazer uma marcação, não têm qualquer interesse ou preocupação pelo cliente e a única resposta que têm para dar é "se quiser eu dou-lhe o número do meu gerente..." Nunca mais!
After trying to schedule a break for Sunday, I was informed that it could only be Monday morning. Knowing that I had a photo shoot of my company on Monday, I even accepted changing my morning routine of taking my son to daycare and losing an hour and work.
When I arrive at the barber, they inform me that there was no appointment and that they could only see me at 10 am, I explain my situation and show my indignation at their disinterested posture.
I don't recommend it because they are not professionals, not even to make an appointment, they have no interest or concern for the customer and the only answer they have to give is "if you want, I'll give you my manager's number..." Never again!
