P	Paulo Victor Farah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Near to center, so if you don't look for a good condition and confort that's the right place, cheap and practical.
B	Bruno Baptista on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good budget hotel for short stays in the city. Rooms are small but clean and I think there's not much one can ask given the standard price. There's also a bar downstairs with outdoors seating. Being located right next to the railway station also makes it a good option if you want to go to Porto or other nearby cities. The historic city centre and main shopping areas are less than a 5 minute walk.
H	Helio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The value for the money was great. The location was very good for us. The staff is great! The room could be bigger, the breakfast didn't have many options, and we had to pay for the parking (5€ a day).

We could hear noises and people talking in the hallway. The TV did not work properly at the beginning but later it was fine. The shower was great. The room was clean. We will be back if is possible.

There was a lack of lighting in the room, one that illuminated the room and the other that only lightens up the doorway of the room, on larger rooms this is terrible and you have to use the torch on your phone. Lifts shouldn’t have passed inspection, rocking, barely working, honestly a 50/50 life/death situation when you get in them. Worst part about it was the hotel staff, they are rude and disrespectful. I understand there’s a cultural difference but they are just mean for no reason. Made me want to stay out of the hotel for most of the time. Cleaners are awesome. Absolutely amazing. Super nice, room is always spotless, shame they have to work here.
M	Mugtar Aman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is awful. My door doesn’t work. My key didn’t even work half the time and the door never even locked. It took three days to fix my WiFi. The staff are super rude. Except the cleaners. They are the best thing about this place. The food is either plastic or super greasy. It’s more akin to dog food or prison food. My shower did not work, the shower stand and the temperature valve is loose, the lift is a death trap that always has broken buttons. The hotel looks like it was designed by a drunk toddler. I wouldn’t recommend this to my worst enemy. Stay away from this place and save your money since everyone is rude and mean!! HATED MY EXPERIENCE..this hotel ruined my trip!!
