An old apartment with poorly functioning hot water and a stove. Comfortable beds and quite a lot of space

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les douches ne fonctionnent que très difficilement et la chaleur change en permanence impossible de prendre de douche. Les informations pour trouver l'appartement était fausses. À part ça, l'appartement est propre et possède un Wi-Fi (serviette et savon sont donnés)
The showers only work very hard and the heat changes permanently impossible to take a shower. The information to find the apartment was wrong. Other than that, the apartment is clean and has a Wi-Fi (towel and soap are given)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ super lit, bel appartement avec WiFi mais la douche est nul (soit l'eau chaude ne fonctionne pas, soit l'eau est trop chaude). L'appartement se situe au numéro 110 et non au 112 comme indiqué lors de la réception des clef.
super bed, nice apartment with WiFi but the shower is zero (either the hot water does not work, or the water is too hot). The apartment is at number 110 and not at 112 as indicated at the reception of the keys.

The apartment would be 4 stars if the owners cared about guests and their property.
Pros: location, amazing Internet by Ethernet, fully equipped kitchen with nice facilities and kitchenware.
Cons:
- strange insects
- water drainage in shower didn't work
- tiny bedrooms exaggerated by photos
- A/C functional at 10% capacity
- wifi router likes blocking connected devices
- owners are keen to charge you and doublecharge but ignore maintenance request. I had to block my card to avoid double charge for tourist tax.
Considering the cons, the price is not justified. The price would be reasonable if everything were operational and owners provided responsible service.
If you decide to book this apartment, make sure to book through Airbnb because they can refund you for non-functioning capacities. I regret not booking with Airbnb because they would refund me 50% considering all the issues.
