Excellent apartment.
Not recommended for travelers with car. Parking spaces are on the street and very difficult to find.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Piso con todo lo necesario, perfecto para pasar unos días en familia.. Excelente ubicación todo cerca.. Por poner una pega es el aparcamiento horroroso aparcar.. Pero perfecto para moverse con autobús... Trambia .. Tren.. Un 10. sin duda repetiremos.
Apartment with everything you need, perfect to spend a few days with family .. Excellent location all near .. To put a snag is the parking horrifying park .. But perfect to get around with bus ... Trambia .. Train .. A 10. We will certainly repeat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byt v dobrej lokalite. Pekný veľký. Problém bol s parkovaním a to sme boli mimo sezónu, takže s autom nedoporučujem. V jednej izbe bolo veľa mravcov!!! A najhoršie na celom ubytovaní bola izolácia. Ľudia bývajúci nad nami boli neskutočne počuť keď chodili. Takže za tento nedostatok 1*. Škoda inak by to bolo fajn.
Apartment in a good location. Nice big. The problem was with parking and we were out of season, so with the car I do not recommend. There were many ants in one room !!! And the worst thing about the whole accommodation was isolation. The people living above us were incredibly heard when they walked. So for this deficiency 1 *. Too bad it would be fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appartient bien situé sur une rue parallèle de l avenue principale de belem. En revanche il est très mal isolé et la propreté laisse à désirer. Sans compter les deux étages avec des escaliers trop raides. Je ne recommande pas cet appartement.
Belongs well located on a parallel street of the main avenue of Belem. On the other hand, it is very poorly insulated and the cleanliness leaves something to be desired. Not to mention the two floors with stairs too steep. I do not recommend this apartment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ubytovanie pekné, čisté, dobrá dostupnosť na MHD.
Hladali sme ale ubytovanie s free parkingom, keďže sme si prenajali auto. Parking bol sice free na ulici, no zaparkovať sa ani 1 deň nedalo. Samozrejme všetky parkovacie miesta obsadené, takže nakoniec sme skoncili 1km od ubytovania. Neprijemne nas prekvapili aj mravce v jednej z izieb. Najhorsa bola ale hlučnosť ubytovania. Ak ste ubytovany v spodnom apartmane tak sa nevyspite. Neviem z coho su spravene stropy, ale pocut tam kazdy krok. V noci nas to nesmierne vyrusovalo.
Accommodation nice, clean, good access to public transport.
But we were looking for accommodation with free parking, as we rented a car. Parking was free on the street, but you could not park for 1 day. Of course, all parking spaces occupied, so we ended up 1km from the accommodation. We were also unpleasantly surprised by the ants in one of the rooms. But the worst was the noise of accommodation. If you are staying in the lower apartment, do not sleep. I don't know what the ceilings are made of, but I can read every step there. It disturbed us immensely at night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sin aire ni frío ni calor. Solo unos ventiladores y unas estufas. Nada para limpiar ni bayeta ni nada. Limpieza deficiente y apartamento reformado pero con muchas imperfecciones. Se escucha crujir el suelo al pisar tanto el nuestro como el de los vecinos. La tele no había manera de que funcionase ya que el conector de antena estaba roto. Las almohadas eran incomodisimas y los colchones igual. Escalera muy incomodas. El sitio muy bueno y suerte q aparcamos en la misma acera. Cerca de monumentos y barrio muy tranquilo. Repetiría zona pero no el apartamento.
Without air or cold or heat. Only a few fans and some stoves. Nothing to clean or cloth or anything. Poor cleaning and renovated apartment but with many imperfections. You can hear the floor creaking when you step on both ours and neighbors'. The TV had no way of working since the antenna connector was broken. The pillows were uncomfortable and the mattresses the same. Stairs very uncomfortable. The very good site and luck that we parked on the same sidewalk. Near monuments and very quiet neighborhood. I would repeat area but not the apartment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The space was large and clean, but the kitchen table was broken, the bed supports kept falling out of the frame and there was no AC. We booked day of and didnt realize we had to pick up the keys in downtown Lisbon before heading to Belem. A Homing employee made an exception to come meet us at the apartment and was very polite and helpful.
