★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely , clean and very comfortable . Staff very helpful . Breakfast good. Docked stars as no restaurant and facilities are basic enough, we would stay here again though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We all stay (Myself, my wife and my two daughters) at this hotel which by concidence I found on the web, is not a great surprise of the warm Portuguese welcome, but I have to say that Jorge and all other staff were EXECPTIONAL and in particular with the kids, I strongly recomend a stay in this lovely Hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff were amazing, very well decorated, spent one night but wish I stayed more. They even drove us to the station for free, if I ever go back to pombal "senhora do belem hotel" is definitely the place I would like to stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Up to date..day 2 of 12. Very good all round impression. Staff proffesional and friendly. All our questions and requests delt with and with a smile and no delay. Our room excellant enough space, clean, comfortable and functional for our needs. Breakfast buffet very good with a large selection of drinks, fruits, cheeses, breads, cold meats and hot food bacon eggs, scrambled eggs.....So far so good. We are happy and satisfied so far. Day 6 of 12, things just get better and better...aIn our humble opinions the hotel should be upgraded to a 3 star. Our room is cleaned everday, beds made, towles changed. Even had a fridge put in. Reception called a taxi for us. Anna even had some of her mothers traditional cakes put in our room. Bravo. Day 10 and nothing has changed....well it only got better. Roses left in the room for my girlfriends birthday...The hotel staff are amazing.
