★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved our stay at Belmar! Staff were so accommodating and sincere. On site restaurant has some amazing food. So close to the beach. Several pools on the resort site as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall, this is a very nice Hotel.
However, i find the rooms very nice, but a bit too "clean" and hence not cozy.
The area and location is fantastic, the staff very nice.
However, the restaurant at the Hotel is simply completely out of touch with the nice hotel it is.
The restaurant seems like what you can find at a 1 star hotel.
The location of the restaurant is nice, but the decor is super boring and the food just under mediocre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The resort is very nice. Excellent scenery - the pools are quite nice and you can see the beach from them. However, the staff are incredibly rude. They give you attitude for no reason, and are often quite angry. Just be prepared for this, otherwise your stay will likely be a good one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely hotel in a fantastic location. Good value for money and superb indoor and outdoor pools. A few things that made me give 3 * rating. We had paid for 3 nights and on the last day decided to stay one more night. I contacted the sales team who sent me confirmation of a price and asked me to pay when I got back to hotel. When I did the guy on reception insisted it was the wrong price despite showing the text. He was quite rude about it. Later that night the air con wouldn’t work. I was told there was nothing they could do. Left the place not feeling in any way a valued customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful property, great location. The view from our unit was amazing. Our place was spacious, clean, well equipped and with great balconies (2) and a huge rooftop terrace.

Enjoyed the indoor pool. Great location for golfing, walking and visiting Lagos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent resort. Stayed with my 3 kids in a 3-bed apartment. The apartment was great, and we enjoyed the outdoor pool and indoor pool. The on-site restaurant, Levante, is great for breakfast and have really good options for lunch and dinner. For our first holiday abroad since the beginning of the pandemic, we couldn't have wished for a better stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In general, a very nice and recommendable hotel in Lagos. The location is great and 2 minutes walk from a very nice beach.
The breakfast has everything it needs, of course a few more vegetarian and vegan alternatives would be desirable, but you will still find. What is missing are signs for allergies at breakfast (lactose, gluten, nuts), this could be done once. The hotel and the rooms are very clean and nicely / modernly furnished. The staff is helpful and nice. The spa and wellness area is very nicely furnished and has everything you need. The hotel gets one star deduction for check-in and check-out time. 16h for check-in I personally find very late and 10h as check-out very early. Even when asking if we can stay until 12h did not go, very sad.
All in all, however, highly recommended and price-performance ratio is right.
