the manager is purely a business person, caring little if nothing about the teaching team paying them poorly and sometimes finding excuses for not doing so. Manager is poorly prepared and highly unprofessional. absolutely not worth the money, invest your time and money into something different. As you can see from the accusations, empty of any truth but mere excuses for not paying teachers and stuff. For mocking students and creating noise to cover the plenty of complaints, as the manager was not teaching anything valuable and answering with 'google it' for each question. A bit the same game Trump and Boris Johnson tactic. Another similarity with such people, is suffering from narcissistic personality disorder, hence lacking empathy and capacity of considering other humans as sentient beings preferring an utilitarian view of teacher-objects easily replaceable. This business has been put down already two times by yoga alliance for these false accusations and for lacking professionalism and going against their policy. As registering under other name again, a third ban is on review and being finalized by yoga alliance. The same business is claiming to be connected with Sri BNS Iyengar, this is cultural association and a lie as the same after being mistreated by the rude behaviors of this above mentioned manager is now refusing to see them again. The same school is not welcome to teach in Mysore.

Absolutely loved sharing my time with these guys. Thank you for the time and all I have learned. I never imagined I would learn so much pranayama, and about the human body and soul. Truly a life changing experience that I will carry on forever. I hope I get to learn more with you ❤️

I recently completed the Bend It Like Buddha 200RYT Course and I can honestly say, it was one of the best experiences I've had. As someone who has practiced yoga for a few years, it rapidly became a passion of mine and something I wanted to learn more about. The reason why I chose Bend It Like Buddha, was for a few reasons. 1) The Teacher Trainers: L.Farrah, Danni & Tori all had an amazing and collectively diverse background in yoga. It was amazing to hear each of their stories, and the modules they taught really highlighted their expertise in that particular area. All of them were really warm and welcoming, ensuring every student was acknowledged and thoroughly checking that we understood. 2) Location and time: Something that has always prevented me from taking part in a YTT course - was the duration. There's a lot of amazing schools out there. However, having to work a 9-5 office job can sometimes be tricky when you need a few weeks off. 15 days worked perfectly for me and I really felt immersed during my time there. Let's also not forget that Portugal is a beautiful place to visit and meant that in our free time we also found somewhere to adventure. 3) The modules: We had the perfect mix of philosophy, practical work (adjustments, types of yoga), daily asana practice and discussion. As there was a mix of classes during the day, the teachers always found a way to keep you engaged and wanting to know more. 4) The people: Although I'm not one to open up, I found it so easy and natural to speak to the group without any pressure. Everyone was so friendly and it's great being able to discuss and learn from the students around you. We all quickly became close to each other and having their support throughout the whole course was something that I'm so grateful to have been a part of. We are still to this date, sharing our progress with each other! The organisation of the whole course, made everything such a breeze. Although I've already completed the course, it's definitely made me interested in furthering my studies and continuing to deepen my personal practice.

The course content is diverse and thorough, with guidance available from teachers and fellow pupils throughout. And a 200hr Yoga Teacher Training that will provide you with everything you need, and more, to become a Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher.

I did the 200h Yoga Teacher Training (acreddited by Yoga Alliance) and was an amazing experience! It was for sure the best part of Covid19 pandemic! The flexibility of the online course was super important for me. The zoom classes were great, and even if we couldn't attend them online, we could see them after. I liked the way we were in touch with all colegues and focused in the course by the facebook group. I loved the homework's feedback: really helpful and clear! Great teachers and collegues! I strongly recommend this course!

Farrah, Lauren and Danni made us feel like it was not an online course, but a truly live (vis-a-vis) experience. I cannot express in words how good and important this course has been for me and how grateful I am to the whole team! I have learned a ton of things and they delivered so much value: the content was super and the whole team has always been super nice, detailed and constructive in their feedback.

Where do I even begin with writing this review. bend it like buddha offered online YTT for a fraction of its cost when the world needed it most.. this defines them beautifully to me. The bend it like buddha team are a genuine, authentic and caring tribe of yogis. This course truly took me through a metamorphosis, I will never be the same again and in the best way! They offered me so much guidance and support, I felt like I got to know each of the team on a personal level, they made me feel like part of the family. Bend it like buddha taught me so much about all aspects of Yoga, the physical and the spiritual and everything in-between. What I loved about the course is that they taught us about Yoga business and offered extra training for becoming online yoga teachers. I think that's an incredible add on at a time like this, its so relevant and again shows the heart felt nature of this tribe. These guys truly are the real deal when it comes to a yoga school.. Its clear how much they love and want to share yoga, whilst keeping training business savvy they still manage to teach everything genuinely and from the heart. Im so glad I chose to train with Bend it like buddha.. because I want to give off the same vibes they gave me when Im teaching. Thank you for the Wisdom and the love, keep on shining and transforming hearts and minds <3
