★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found this place wonderful, located in old town Lagos it is quite easy to locate. It is bright, airy and relaxing and staffed by very nice and helpful people I attended three yoga classes which were very enjoyable and encouraging. I also had three massage treatments which were amazing.

The therapist Julia was very professional and in this short time delivered an excellent massage that was both relaxing and therapeutic. A lot of relief for a good price, would definitely recommend!
