★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A biblioteca geral é belíssima. Entretanto, o atendimento na biblioteca da UCFL foi lamentável. Uma lentidão e pouquíssima eficiência. Reservar e "encomendar" um livro com 24h de antecedência me parece ridículo. Parece que os sistemas de reserva online não estão integrados e a única pessoa que estava lá parece foi bastante grosseira.
The general library is beautiful. However, the service at the UCFL library was unfortunate. Slowness and very little efficiency. Reserving and "ordering" a book 24 hours in advance seems ridiculous. It seems that online booking systems are not integrated and the only person who was there seems to have been quite rude.
