The owners were incredibly helpful with setting me up with the right bike, providing advice on routes to take and were very flexible in the timing of picking up and dropping off the bike. I rented the Scott road bike, which was very smooth and lightweight; perfect for the hills of Portugal. I ended up taking a 96 km ride, riding through beautiful small towns, rolling farmland, coastal ridges, lakeside roads, and also stopping to see Alcobaça Monastery midway. I highly recommend renting a bike from Silvercoast Bike Rent to ride in this beautiful are. Fantastic experience.
