★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nos anularon la reserva en el mismo momento de intentar hacer el check-in por un problema de over-booking, mala gestión por su parte o de la plataforma (booking). Recibimos el mail de confirmación con las instrucciones para acceder al apartamento y estuvimos desde las 8h hasta las 15h con las maletas dando vueltas por Oporto. La empresa se desentendió y booking ofreció un sitio peor al reservado, con lo que nos tuvimos que buscar la vida por nuestra cuenta. No nos gustó el trato y la indiferencia de la situación que nos habían dejado. Muy mal. Un sitio al que no volveremos.
We canceled the reservation at the same time of trying to check-in due to an over-booking problem, poor management on your part or on the platform (booking). We received the confirmation email with instructions to access the apartment and we were from 8am to 3pm with the suitcases circling around Porto. The company ignored it and booking offered a worse place than the reserved one, so we had to find our own lives. We did not like the treatment and the indifference of the situation that they had left us. Very bad. A place we will not return to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La localización en pleno centro de Porto es fabulosa. Es una casa bastante nueva y la comunicación con el anfitrión muy fácil. Nos dejaron hacer un early check-in sin problemas. Tiene todas las comodidades y es acogedor. Estilo Ikea.
The location in the heart of Porto is fabulous. It is a fairly new house and communication with the host very easy. They let us do an early check-in with no problems. It has all the comforts and is cozy. Ikea style.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a gem of a place to stay when in Oporto. Its location is perfect to visit all the major sights and tourist destinations the city has to offer. It come a fully equipped kitchen, spacious lounge and bathroom, air-conditioning and a super comfortable bed. The apartment is spotlessly clean and brand new. Best apartments are 2,4 and 6 for less noise at night. The price is very cheap and there's underground parking right on your doorstep.
