Unprofessional workshop because a second BMW key was purchased through this agent from the factory And as the code didn't work I was told that I would have to leave the car in 1 week in the morning and get up at the end of the day ??????? Well I decided to talk to a friend who knows the subject and in 5 minutes The new key has been coded, just touch the steering column and that's it. Get away from this BMW workshop, for those who don't know, the workshop is only an official representative being private so they want the €€€€ of the customer and the car enters with 1 problem and leaves with several !!!! I had a factory call to repair an error, and just for that reason I made an appointment to replace the part, all through BMW Portugal who told me to go to any authorized BMW, free of charge for the customer. As soon as I leave the car, they immediately ask if the car has financing to find out who was paying, I immediately explained that it was a free RECALL, the employee confirms and proceeds with the customer record, etc., explains that an error appears, but how was I going to do it? diagnosis through the recall and whether the car had been called because of a normal problem. So they saw in the car computer that they needed pads, but not really, they called to ask if they wanted etc, ok it was already there, an hour later, after all the pads were good, the treadmill accuses an error, asks if I want to repair, not because I was just going to do the recall, this was from 8 in the morning until 5 pm, when they call to tell me to pick up the car at 6 pm, and that I was entitled to wash (courtesy of the house), but I had to pay the 117 € of the service, and not even that part of the recall had, so I had to pay 117 € to wash my car and badly washed !!! WORST of all, the car came with the engine light on, which was NOT going up to that height, and they still had the can to deny me !!!! I asked for the Diagnostic, since I paid for it, they said they couldn't give it !!! They didn’t give it because they didn’t do anything, even the diagnosis, So I don't give 0 stars because it doesn't !!! Run away !!! Answered by Bruno Paixão who says it was a communication error.

Mediocre BMW service! From budget, service, to vehicle delivery. With this, they lost several customers, including company cars! Obviously, I don't recommend it.

Good Morning I went to the parts service at BMW Acail to order paint pen with the reference A94 (metal black) for 2015 mini Cooper S. There, the person who attended me certified that this painting no longer existed, I asked an equivalent…. He did not know …. I went to Santogal Carnaxide where they ordered the painting with the reference A94 and today I went to retrieve it. If at Acail they don't want to work….
