Is this really an authorized BMW dealership??! They are truly the most incompetent dealership I have ever dealt with in my life. My husband and I have owned several vehicles in the US, UK, and Europe and by far this is the worst dealership we have ever dealt with. First off, we dropped our car off twice and the problem was not fixed either time. They had our car from 9:30AM until 5pm and NOTHING. So we paid for ubers and wasted our time. Then the car was returned with the tire pressure light on. At least return my vehicle as it was dropped off. There was no legitimate reason or explanation for not being able to fix the problem at this particular dealership NOR an explanation of how to fix the issue. We asked for a simple thing: software update, and the engineers at this dealership actually called us to ask us why we needed an update and that an update could mess up other things. Ok first of all- if there is a software update and something goes wrong it’s YOUR job to fix it and make it right before giving us the car back. Again: INCOMPETANCE Lastly, the male sales associate that we first viewed the vehicle with was condescending, rude, and even insulted my husband for importing a ‘subpar’ car from Germany (just because we didn’t purchase the car here at this location) when we came in to service it the 1st time. HALLO? BMW is a German brand. And don’t y’all import the cars from Germany too? Why is it that our bmw warranty for service is not met at Caetano Baviera Aveiro??? Only one explanation: INCOMPETENCE. Do NOT buy a vehicle here. Do NOT COME HERE TO SERVICE YOUR VEHICLE. Edit: the owner has replied to this complaint by suggesting we go to the Faro location ? I can see why there are problems with this location now. Instead of trying resolve the issue and acknowledge incompetence issues and short comings in service the owner suggests we go to Faro when there are BMW dealerships in Porto and Coimbra. AGAIN, don’t even bother coming to this location. They are not about solutions. I’ll contact headquarters and let them know! Thanks for your feedback! :)
