A promessa de agendarem a vinda do técnico não foi cumprida e no dia seguinte durante toda amanhã não consegui contacto telefónico. Recorri a uma outra empresa que mandou um técnico em poucas horas. Só ao fim do dia é que contactaram para agendar.
A bad experience with a request for assistance to a water heater that stopped working shortly after being repaired by a company technician. The promise of scheduling the technician's arrival was not fulfilled and the next day all through tomorrow I was unable to reach him by phone. I turned to another company that sent a technician in a few hours. Only at the end of the day did they contact to schedule.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento telefónico. Aparentemente a assistência técnica "não percebe nada" de esquentadores, só reencaminha chamadas para técnicos. No entanto, parece esquecer-se de o fazer, até mesmo quando há suspeita de fugas de CO. Dois dias passaram e nunca ligaram de volta, tal como prometeram, para fazer o agendamento. Recorri aos serviços de outra empresa, que prontamente e com profissionalismo resolveu a situação. Dou 2 estrelas porque o contacto com o técnico foi bom. O que lhe antecedeu e sucedeu, com a linha da assistência técnica foi péssimo.
Bad phone service. Apparently the technical assistance "doesn't understand anything" about water heaters, it only forwards calls to technicians. However, it seems to forget to do so, even when CO leaks are suspected. Two days went by and they never called back as promised to make an appointment. I resorted to the services of another company, which promptly and professionally resolved the situation. I give 2 stars because the contact with the technician was good. What preceded and followed it, with the technical assistance line, was terrible.
