★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 star because 0 is not possible. After being seated, we first learned that more than half of the menu was not available. We repeatedly had to ask for our drinks, and they forgot one of the main courses. After asking about this, the lady first tried to blame it on us, saying we didn't order this. When saying we did indeed order this, she was going to take a look and never returned to our table.
When we left, we complained about the service and the lady tried to blame it on the other staff and offered some lame excuses.
The food was mediocre at best, the service terrible.
We went to McDonald's afterwards for ice cream (because we were still a bit hungry), where the service was a lot better and they got our order right in one go.
Don't go here!

The Bacalhau na Brua is, wait for it, LEGENDARY, and the Veal with Mushrooms leaves you wanting more. Then there is the chestnut ice cream which comes out hot and leaves you steaming for more!
The service was a bit hurried, because everyone wants to get in there, (kudos if you get a terrace spot!) but everyone was kind and inviting. Definitely plan on stopping by again if we’re Villa Real!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best atmosphere in the most perfect setting. If there is a boutique restaurant I would highly recommend is this one! There terrace is a little oasis in the middle of the town. Food is superb. Great platting too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't find any defects about this place: it's affordable, but still has delicious food, and it's elegant, but still cozy at the same time. A dish here can cost somewhere between 8-11€ and I absolutely loved that the menu includes some vegetarian options which are not omelette or salad. They also have menu of the day that has same price range. Food was very well prepared, despite using simple ingredients in their dishes. I also loved how friendly the staff was, it really shows that people working here do care about their customers.
