★ ★ ★ ★ ★ really beautiful, centrally located boutique hotel in the heart of Lisbon! The standard room looks very cozy with all amenities like Smart TV, fridge, coffee machine, hair dryer, shampoo etc. Super comfortable bed!
Very clean room and facilities. Friendly staff at the check in. Would definitely recommend!

Location: in city center, very near to the most important location: tram 28, time out market, metro station etc. Apartment: we choose the deluxe room. It was very spacious and sparkly clean Personal: super friendly and always there to help you

The place is beautiful and very well taken care of. I only deducted a star because I had the most bizarre interaction with the staff when I was coming back to my room. They tried to say my makeup " ruined" their towel. ? and I would have to pay 18 euro for it. They showed me the photos and I was baffled. Makeup is like the most basic "stain". I made them bring me the towel I so called "ruined" and got it out in 2 minutes with just hot water and hand soap. I'm not sure if they were trying to scam me or they are being scammed by the ppl who do their washing so they buy new towels, but makeup is one of the easiest to get out. It wasn't blood, or wine, or oil. Normal make up. It was extra insulting when you consider that I have brown makeup on a white towel as if my makeup was just far more difficult to clean than someone with lighter pigment. As I told the staff next time try to get it out before thinking you should ask someone to replace it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not recommend this hotel. I have traveled many times, but this hotel lacks a level of service and professionalism you expect at any hotel. It is more like a motel, I would say. No concierge after 6pm, so we had to sleep in coat in cold December on our first night because they do not even check if their heater/window lock is broken when they prepare our room I supposed. On our second day, we asked if we could move to another room, but they just gave us blankets, no any real solution (e.g. fixing the heater, moving us to another room, or any other kind of compensation). However, the location is nice, so if you are looking for a place just for sleep to explore the city most of your times, then I guess this hotel would work for you. But if you are looking for a place where you can actually relax after touring the city, then this hotel would not work for you.

The lady working the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and helped with all the taxis we needed. Affordable and worth booking for your next stay in Lisbon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a really enjoyable 4 night stay at the Boutique Chiado Apartments.
The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful in showing us what to do in Lisbon. They even called me internationally (to the USA) the day before we arrived to make sure that I'd received the email from them with our check-in details.
The building is old and beautiful on the outside, but has clearly been given a modern renovation, inside. Our apartment was quite small but comfortable, very clean and nicely furnished.
The location is the real star though - right in the middle of the action, without being noisy on a night. Everything felt like it was within 15 minutes walk. The street itself is also very beautiful.
I would highly recommend this accommodation and will be staying here next time I'm in Lisbon!

It's big, has an amazing terrace with a really beautiful view. It's really cosy while also being really spacious at the same time. Great apartment!
It's very well located and close to a lot of nice places in the city.
