★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Car was not new and looked already pretty used - Has it's benefits because you don't need to worry about it so much :)
Returning was easy and got dropped off at the airport. No attempts of selling stupid extra insurances and flexible with extending.
Will come back for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent, no hidden fees, very straight forward, good prices and friendly staff. Cars are not always the latest models or new however they are reliable and gets you from A to B. I recommend buying the full insurance for hassle free situations. Good luck ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything went extremely well! Fast pickup at the airport + fast renting process (€500 deposit on credit card ) + returning the car ? without any problems at all (deposit was returned) + transfer service to the airport.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!! ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite the low price, after asking me the number of the flight during the reservation, they would have charged me upon the late arrival of the plane . Moreover, when I called the company to ask what should I do, they told me to cancel the reservation and pay the penalty (that there wasn't). So did I!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BRAVACAR does not meet the minimum standards of other Easyrentcars partner rental companies.
BRAVACAR simply should not be part of the list of rental companies listed by Easyrentcars: it is an amateur company, from the backyard, with a "fleet" of vehicles in poor condition and mechanics.
They tried to push us a filthy vehicle, with several crashes, a broken taillight, damaged wheels and, worse, with warning and mandatory inspection lights on!
More than 45,000km of pure garbage...
During de pick-up prpcedures, try to contact the phone number indicated on the confirmation voucher and pray to be answered!
Good luck if you find someone at the drop-off...
Prepare to wait a reasonable time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are lots of negative review here, but this rent car company is quite great considering its unbelievably low price. (Its price is around 30~40% of other rent car company in the Lisbon airport.)
The condition of my car was not decent or perfect, (a little bit dirty) but it worked well without any problem.
The problem as to the expensive deposit may be easily solved if you could purchase full coverage insurance, and it is reasonable cost (only 30 Euro for 3 days)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hired a battered old motor for a very low fee. I’ve never felt so relaxed when driving a hire car!
The staff were also incredibly accommodating and friendly.
For the price I don’t know why people are complaining!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 45 minutes they ignored me. Was on the office me and other 1 costumers with 4!! Bravacar employees. I got different car instead I booked. He don’t said me when filled up the documents just when showed me the car, I complained but just don’t care them. The car was very dirty and broken the manual transmission cover inside. Outside lots of damage. Barely not recommended this company.
