★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was bit worried about being a tourist trap, but left very happy! Authentic Portuguese food with right portion, delicious flavors and fresh ingredients. The service and attention is superb and the local is sparkling clean. Overpassed my expectations 9/10 my recommendation- keep doing that great work !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend this place to everyone! Amazing food and fantastic service. I appreciate quite a lot that they explained some of the Portuguese dishes we had doubts about. Food exceeded our expectations, we ordered Bacalhau Bras and Grilled Cod. This is the perfect place for trying authentic and high quality Portuguese food ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visit this family run cafe in the centre of Old Sintra twice in our 3 night stay in this beautiful town. The food was excellent all freshly prepared and served. The staff and owners so friendly and hospitable. I thoroughly recommend this delightful restaurant whether just for a coffee & cake, a drink or a meal. The chocolate mousse is sometimes die for!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The traditional Portuguese Bacalhau à brás was really delicious. I would recommend it. Also, the staff is really kind and the place is not expensive. The perfect choice if you want to avoid the typical tourist trap in the historical city centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great people, great service! We chose this place for lunch. They were very nice. One of us was vegetarian and they created options for her. The food was very good. We had soup of the day, lasagna and its portion was very full filling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely must! I wish I was staying longer to come here again! The egg cheese and ham toast I had was absolutely phenomenal! The pastries recommended by our server were to die for! Such great service and so friendly. The server provided us recommendations on how to get to the palace. Such great people and great food. Do not miss this gem.
